We are a marketing and lead generation agency — we are not a mortgage lender, broker, or financial advisor, and we do not provide mortgage, loan, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for licensed mortgage professionals and businesses. By using our Site or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
4. Client Services Agreement
Specific service terms, pricing, deliverables, and guarantees (if any) for clients engaging Mortgage Force Co.'s services will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed between the Company and the client. In the event of conflict, the signed SLA or contract takes precedence over these general Terms.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we may reference performance benchmarks, guarantees, or expected results in our marketing or service agreements, actual results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, client responsiveness, and lead follow-up practices. Any specific guarantees will be explicitly detailed in a signed service agreement.
6. Payments
Fees for services are outlined in individual client agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in a signed SLA.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and marketing materials — is the property of Mortgage Force Co. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Client-Provided Content
If clients provide content, branding materials, or data for use in campaigns, they represent that they have the right to use and share such materials, and grant us permission to use them for the purpose of delivering services.
9. Compliance Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable mortgage industry regulations, licensing requirements, and advertising laws (including but not limited to RESPA, TCPA, and state-specific mortgage advertising rules). Mortgage Force Co. is not liable for a client's regulatory non-compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mortgage Force Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mortgage Force Co., its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Services
